I saw an ad on Facebook for these guys for rug cleaning. As soon as I messaged them, they replied in moments and picked my rugs up that day! They returned them back to me a couple of days later looking incredible! One of my rugs had orange dirt/clay stains all over it from my dogs and they got all the marks out! Highly recommend them. Thanks team!

Fabulous friendly service!! I had huge rugs that I’d had for years and needed cleaning- we had housetrained 2 pups and the rugs were stored for a couple of seasons in a dusty garage. The rugs were so well cleaned!! They came up as good as new with no stains. Daniel and Brendan were lovely to deal with - both so helpful. We had 4 large rugs, 2 of which had been rolled in storage. Port Crystal Clean collected them and returned them on time and totally rejuvenated. No need now to find replacements, the rugs (including wool and silk mix) came up beautifully. Very happy with the service - great staff - and the quality of the job.

I can highly recommend Port Crystal Cleaners for the fantastic job they did in cleaning my carpets. Best ever in fact!My carpets are fairly old and had not been cleaned for some time. They are literally spotless! They also took the time to make sure they were as dry as possible as they were cleaned in rainy humid weather. They were perfectly dry the next day!Reliable, friendly, treated my house with so much respect I would not use anyone else again.Thanks guys, so happy 🙂

easy to deal with, no appointment required I just dropped my rug off and they phoned me when it was ready to pick up. The lady even helped me to carry it out to my car and put it in. Thank you I would certainly recommend your service for that and the fact that my rug is beautifully cleaned, smells great and is soft underfoot again 🙂

Quote was given over the phone. The carpet cleaners arrived on time. Although my husband and I removed as much furniture as we could to give the cleaners a free run I was disappointed when they said they will not shift our two 3 seater lounges or our 2 bedside tables to clean under them. Lesson learned: check when making an appointment just how much of the carpet they are willing to access and clean.

Daniel was marvelous to deal with and very efficient. Before we tool possession of the home the Agent assured us the carpets had been cleaned but the job was decidedly 3rd rate. Wow what a service, the guys were early, they were quick and did an awesome job on a big house with lots of carpet. I thought it was going to cost me an arm and a leg but it was very reasonable but still great quality work. Thanks so much, and I will definitely use this service again!
